What does warranty cover?

All warranty applies to products purchased directly from us (One2World Pte. Ltd.) or from our Authorized Resellers

 

What does not cover by this warranty?

  • Installation failures (eg. Screen protector)
  • Daily wear-and-tear
  • Items not sold by us or our authorized resellers
  • Misuse or mishandling of product

 

How do I claim under warranty?

Start Claim Warranty or contact our Customer Service Team( info@one2world.com.sg ) . We’ll need your photo of your receipt and details photos showing the defect. 

 

One2World Pte. Ltd. Reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion, without liability to you or any third party to modify, suspend or terminate this warranty.
