Instructions
1. Use the included data cable to connect the mobile phone or other front-end device that supports OTG decoding. After the connection is successful, the TP35 indicator light will be on (red), indicating that the connection is normal. It is recommended that when you use TP35 to connect to the mobile phone for the first time, first turn down the volume of the mobile phone, and then adjust it to a volume that suits you to avoid excessive sound (causing explosion and damage to the ears) and it is recommended to use high bit rate or lossless sound source for a better listening experience.

3. High and low gain function mode switching in UAC mode
·TP35 works in UAC2.0 mode by default after power on. UAC mode cannot be switched during operation.
·When TP35 is disconnected (powered off), press and hold the "volume +" key first, then connect TP35 to the interface of the computer, mobile phone or game console (power on), wait until the indicator light flashes slowly and then release the button, TP35 will work in UAC1.0 mode.
When TP35 is in use, press the +- keys at the same time to switch high and low level modes (gain mode)
*LED display, volume level and output level mode (high and low gain) have power-off memory function (that is, it will save the previous high and low gain effects and the light conditions when the LED is not displayed)

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
